Nelson Freire, a renowned Chopin interpreter records the beloved Nocturnes. Freire is an acknowledged master of the keyboard. Viola da gamba player and director of The Marais Project Jennifer Eriksson set herself the task of performing all the 600 works of her favourite composer, Marin Marais (1656-1728). The Marais Project’s second CD Love Reconciled features Suite in D minor for two violas da gamba by Marais, the monumental Tombeau de Mr. Meliton, the lament Marais wrote upon the death of his friend Meliton, works by Morel, Bouteiller and the world premiere recording of A Ballet Vivant in One Act by Stephen Yates.

The Parsons Affayre was formed by participants of the Tallis Scholars Summer School held in Sydney in January 2009.
