Chant – Music for Paradise
UCJ 476 6775

On this CD, Cistercian Monks perform sacred chants and psalms with a variety of settings from the scriptures. Taking in traditional Gregorian chant in a modern and aesthetically sparing style, these ‘men of the cloth’ aim to relax and de-stress the listener with their soothing voices. Maintaining their religious beliefs, the monks who appear on Chant refuse any press attention and don't perform outside of their monastery.
